A senior U.S. official on Wednesday provided NBC News with the text of the memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran.

The deal has 14 points and includes a commitment from both sides to hold further talks on a final agreement in the next 60 days.

The agreement, as read by senior U.S. officials, allows Iran to immediately begin exporting oil and petroleum products.
